Registration fees do not include:
- Bus ticket to Barcelona on May 26th. It will be directly purchased on the bus.
Personal insurance:
- Organizers are not responsible for personal injuries or loss or damage to the property of the conference participants, either during the event or as a result of it. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Cancellation and refund policy for registration fees
- Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Organizing Secretariat no later than April 1st 2026.
- Cancellations received before April 1st 2026: 70% refund.
- Cancellations received after April 1st 2026: no refund.

Valid membership, issued before September 1st 2025, is required.
Trainee
· PhD student
· Early-Postdocs (doctorate obtained after 2022)
· Resident
To benefit from the reduced registration fees, participants in these categories must provide official proof of status.
Accepted documents include:
· Valid student ID
· Official certificate issued by their institution.
If no valid proof is submitted, regular registration fees (ISHSR Member / Non-Member) will be applied.
Please send the required document as an email attachment to the Congress Secretariat.

Presenters
Please note that submitting an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.
All abstract authors are required to complete their registration separately, by 28th February 2025.
Only the presenting author is eligible for the discounted registration fee.
