The International Society for Hepatic Sinusoid Research (ISHSR) is a global scientific community dedicated to advancing research on the unique cells of the hepatic sinusoid, including liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, Kupffer cells, hepatic stellate cells, and other key players in liver microcirculation.
Since its inception, ISHSR has brought together researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals from diverse fields such as hepatology, immunology, and vascular biology. The society fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange through its biennial International Symposium, a premier event where scientists present cutting-edge research and discuss advancements in liver health and disease.
The 23rd International Symposium on Cells of the Hepatic Sinusoid continues this tradition, providing a platform for groundbreaking discoveries, networking, and innovation in liver sinusoid research.
